This Week in Pictures - chapter 3
Week of October 27th - November 2nd 2025
It was Halloween, I drove to Phoenix and back for my granddaughter’s birthday party and to take some cool bird pictures, and with the government shut down, I’m now entering my second month of working without pay.
But life is still good!

Hikes we went on this week:
Kelly didn’t feel good most of this week, and I had to travel to Phoenix for my granddaughter’s birthday. As a result, we really didn’t go on any new hikes this week (unless you count my walk around the Gilbert Riparian Preserve.
I do have a new post coming from a hike we did in Scheelite Canyon about couple of weeks ago. Look for it to drop on Weds or Thurs.
