I probably have too many clothes. Laundry never really “has to be” done until I run out of socks and underwear … and even then there are options. 😎
When laundry day does arrive though, there’s one thing I know for sure …
My laundry will either get folded and put away as soon as it comes out of the dryer, or it will sit in the basket for at least a week.
There is no middle ground.
It has a been a cold and rainy day here in Arizona.

By 2pm the temperature was in the 50s, and we’ll almost certainly end up with well over an inch of rain before all is said and done.
At this point I’m just hoping any lightning threat has subsided before 10pm tonight so I don’t have to go into work.
This was a perfect day to lay in bed and catch up on my reading.
I’m not 100% sure I’ll reach my goal of finishing three books this week, but I’ve got until the end of the day Tuesday, so it’s at least going to be close.
We ended the day with a nice stir fry left over from the other night.
I accidentally made too much on Thursday , but it worked out well as I removed about half the first time before the vegetables were fully cooked. This let me throw them in the hot wok to heat up, without overcooking and ending up with soft veggies.
Til Next time,

P.S. If you tried to press play on the stir-fry photo in the post preview, I owe you an apology. If you tapped it more than twice, you owe me a comment. 🤠

Laundry is a quest of annoyance and gratification all at the same time
