Hi, I’m Todd
I’m a weather forecaster. In my free time I like to take pictures. Mostly of birds, insects, reptiles and other wildlife here in southeast Arizona. If you’re here on my page, you know that I also like to share them with other people. 😁
I will tell you right up front that Notes is my primary social media “fix” and where I share most of my content (for instance a picture of the day). My longer post philosophy is basically: I’ll write a post that gets sent to subscribers when I have an idea or thought that’s too long for a note. (I have many interests beyond just photography).

I also spent my entire life around the military, first as a dependent (my dad was Air Force), then on active duty myself for 24 years (after I hitchhiked to the Air Force recruiter’s office), and finally as a civilian weather forecaster working at an Army airfield. As you can possibly imagine, I might have a few decent stories to tell.
I wouldn’t call this a travel site, but Kelly and I do take trips, and from time to time I do like to write about some of the more interesting destinations.
