The Morning Rush

I feel like this image is a pretty good representation of what most mornings are like in our house. The girls are usually up by around 5:30 am, yet 2 1/2 hours later when it’s time to leave for school they are almost always frantically running around lamenting that they just don’t have enough time.
The teenaged boy in our house isn’t much better. He leaves much earlier than the girls, but still sets his alarm to wake up almost 2 hours before he gets in the car.
I’d like to say I don’t understand it since it never takes me very long to get ready. But I’m pretty sure I do understand …
Sometimes it’s really helpful to have no hair on your head. 😁
