This Week in Pictures - chapter 4
Week of November 3rd - November 9th 2025
For the first part of the week I discovered that I was probably inside sitting on my chair too much. I ended up writing a post wondering if I would even want to be popular on social media. Then towards the end of the week I got outside to take a few more pictures, including Sandhill Cranes at Whitewater Draw!

Hikes we went on this week:
Kelly might argue that neither of these were real “hikes”. But I did have a nice walk around the little billeting pond on Fort Huachuca.
We also went out to White Water Draw on Saturday to see the Sandhill Cranes. I may or may not write a whole post about that one.

Finally, I started a new(ish) project that may interest some of you, but will likely not be a big time commitment for me.
Expect to see a new posts every day or two. I’ve got enough images that I could probably make a new post every day for 3 or 4 years. (and will likely put together most in advance. I expect my drafts folder to always have at least a dozen posts in the hopper)
Ultimately, this project is mostly for me. (I’d like to have an archive of pretty much every animal I’ve every photographed). But anybody else is welcome to follow along.
